  1. Undertaking regular stress management by either reducing stress or increasing your intolerance towards it through relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga and having regular wholistic treatments.

  2. Regular exercise 3 to 4 times a week 30 mins be it walking, swimming, cycling or cardio/weights training at gym.
